Bad bad noises from left rear wheel -2WD V70-XC70 2001

Greeting all, been a while.
V70 2wd Left rear wheel has a new issue. Klunking, binding, Backing down the driveway felt like the lug nuts were loose. (were not) Last night I jacked it up and removed the tire. No discernible bearing play in the hub. I will remove the disk tonight after work. The wheel will freely rotate for about 90 degrees then bind up to the point of needing to insert 2 lugs and put a bar between them to rotate more.

Caliper and pads seem ok visually. will remove tonight. Besides a bad hub bearing all I can think of is broken parking brake parts. What can I expect to see when I open this up tonight?
