Turn Signal won't flash S70 1998

Hello all,

Had no problems, then all of a sudden my turn signals won't flash. If you turn the switch either way, they stay on with no flashing. I checked to see if they were properly lighting, and there are no burned out bulbs. Also when I hit the hazard flashers, nothing happens at all? As far as I can tell, there are no fuses for this (checked the ones under the hood).

Anybody have any experience like this? Thanks in advance.
