oil leak from the top of the motor V70-XC70 2000

2000 Volvo V70 AWD XC Wagon with 230K on it.

I wish I could put a picture here but the file size restriction is no good.
This way I could show people what I'm talking about.

The oil is not leaking from the oil fill cap or the Gasket from that area. That is dry.
It is not leaking from the PCV tube either under the black cover.

I am leaking from the plug seal opposite the oil fill at the back of the Engine. Has anyone ever experienced this before? If so, how to fix? Let me know. If you would like to see a picture of it please give me your email addresses and I will forward. Thanks.
