electic prob V70-XC70 2001

That's a lot of stuff that quit. Get the V70 wiring diagram for your car
The Volvo wiring book is essential.

I have a hunch that the smaller of the two ground (-) wires at the battery is
loose either at the crimp at the battery terminal or at the frame of the car.
You can tug on that wire while someone watches to see if the dead lights come on.

If that doesn't fix it, make a detailed list of exactly what lights and other stuff are kaput, are the glove box light and interior lights dead too? what else is dead? Take a careful inventory and post back.
