Major gasket fail - lower left engine - Help?

The gasket piece I have is green. Two holes in the piece i was able to grab. Sense is that it is water pump. One hole is bolt other is alignment pin. But no drain on Antifreeze.
Guessing main seal for the oil and the water pump gasket popped because low oil and higher heat. No boil over though.
So here's the big question, how hard is it to replace a main seal on a volvo. I've done a lot of big repairs on my BMW. Just nothing major on her Volvo.

And are their any other places where oil could be leaking heavily on the passenger side of the engine.
