Hello All,

Just wondering if anyone has an ideas/opinions on these or other manufacturers you would recommend.

Looking at replacing my daughter's S40 strut shocks with Sachs. This is probably a "no brainer" as far as good quality is concerned, but maybe I am wrong and someone can tell me different.

I was also trying to find Zimmerman rotors for her car, but for whatever reason, Zimmerman does not make rotors for the S40. At least none I can find. So I started looking at Bosch until I saw where they are made. I thought Bosch was a German product? Their rotors show made in Mexico. What's going on with Bosch? If this is correct, and no one has any other recommendations, I figured on going with Brembo rotors and Akebono pads.

Thanks ahead of time for anyone's experience/knowledge being passed on.
