the funny thing is that when i had owned a total of four japanese vehicles (on a few of them i had clocked well in excess of 100K miles), an extended warranty concept would not have crossed my mind! why is it that some of us "panic" when the S/V 70 series reach aboyt 40K? :-). statistically, the car is not reliable.
