OBD II code 0016 - Just after timing belt and cam seals V70-XC70

So just when i was about to celebrate all the work this weekend, turns out my wife's 02 V70 T5 is pulling a code P0016. Crankshaft Position Sensor - Correlation Bank1 - Sensor A.
I read something about preloading the VVT hub. Does anyone have any experience with that. I'm assuming with all the work, the timing is off, even though the marks lined up.

Work performed - Cam seals (Rear) Cam seal front (intake only). VVT hub may have moved during repair - but marks were lined up.

Any and all help = greatly appreciated.

Thanks

James
