PCV AND REAR CAMSHAFT SEAL V70-XC70 1999

Good evening all, replaced PCV with kit from FCP Euro, what a PITA that project was. Took me two days due to rain. Rear Camshaft seal wasn't too bad, just getting to it was the problem, had to remove bracket that was covering Cam Sensor, and yes my seal was leaking for years. probably why the previous owner sold the car. Straight forward job, no issues. After installing everything, connected battery, at startup, car spuddered for about 15 minutes until finally smoothing out. Was that due to the fuel line being disconnected or the vacuum system being replaced?
