engine stabilizer mount removal question 850 1996

Hi All,

The hd engine stabilizer mount on my '96 850 is starting to crack. I have ordered the IPD replacement engine stabilizer mount. Other than going to a machine shop or Volvo repair shop to have the original mount pressed out, what other ways are there to remove the original mount? Thanks in advance.
