Stripped Support Clips 850 1996

I noticed over the weekend that a "cable" of wires bundled together were hanging underneath my car. When I looked underneath to see what was the problem, I noticed that most of the support clips were missing and/or the screws were stripped. I am taking to the dealer tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem with their Volvo.

This cable seems to run from the engine to the rear of the car, about a foot in from the right side. I was unable to "really" get under the car for a more detailed explaination.
