All 4 power windows stopped working at the same time S70 2000

There's F37 and it's the pwr windows circuit breaker, is that what you checked?
If there's no power to the breaker then you look at "overload relay X", marked 107
that's switched by the X line from the ignition switch.

Find the Volvo wiring diagram for your model year car.
There's a special page for power windows and the next page gives locations.
My S70 schematic isn't complete, so I used the 850 diagram which is very similar.

Running all windows at once really isn't a great idea.
