Rear bump stop retaining pin removal V70-XC70 1999

Hi all,

I need to replace the bump stops on my 99 v70 as they are crumbling and have fallen off the retaining pin. Does anyone know how to remove the retaining pin that holds the bump stops up without damaging them as they are not readily available off the shelf where I am.
