Although not invoice pricing, european delivery pricing on MY 2000 is available at www.volvoeuropeandelivery.com or http://www.volvocars.com/overseas/moz1/

I believe the euro delivery prices are near invoice. Someone on the brickboard recently mentioned they were buying their 2000 v70 via euro delivery for 2% less than invoice.
