Dave,

First of all, I did not INSULT you and you have no right to call me a "jerk", that is very low on your part.

Second, where am I wrong? Why do you refuse to see things from the other side? I did not support selling cars for sticker or ripping people off? Am I wrong for asking a customer to pay the advertising fee that I HAVE TO PAY to Volvo?

Am I wrong to charge $1000 over INVOICE (and I do not do it all the time) for a LUXURY car when I know that the same people who negotiate with me on a Volvo ACCEPT the fact that if they buy a Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Lexus or whatever else will end up paying AT LEAST $2000 to $3000 OVER invoice?

Answer me in a civilized way, not by insulting me and calling me names.
