Multiple Electrical Issues V70-XC70 2001

Hi all,

I bought my 2001 XC at the end of 2014. I love the car but have had a few issues such as the tailgate and drivers door that sometimes lock, but most of the time don't. I can lock the drivers door manually with the key, but there is no way to lock the backdoor. I recently bought a scanner and went thorough the electrical system and found error codes in the Central Electrical system (CEM-6A01), Up Electrical System (UEM-0004), Rear Electrical Module (REM-8F63), Drivers Door Module (DDM-0049), Climate Control Module (CCM-0003), and Steering Wheel Module (000A). With so any electrical issues, I'm wondering if the car may have been in a flood, or maybe the problems lie in the main computer. Any feedback/suggestions would be very welcome.

If it turns out that I need to replace several modules, is this something an average Joe can do, or should I take it to a professional?

Thanks in advance
