Re: Cruise control 850 94

The cruise on your car is a vacuum sytem with a diaphragm servo under dash attached to pedal linkge and a vacuum pump/regulator under battery tray. Start at regulator and look to asee if there are any cracks/splits in lines and connections there. If this is okay then carefully pully line off the regulator and apply suction to see if it is sealed. If you have a hand operated vacuum pump device (Mightyvac) you can apply vacuum and you should see the throttle move accordingly with vac application.

I bet you will find a problem with hose under battery tray.
