Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor
MAF
Fuel Filter

Long term fuel trim holds at 21% on OBII scanner

Disconnected battery 30 minutes-brake pedal- reconnected.

Code goes away then comes right back.

I have 65K miles-

The PCV Oil Trap Housing and hose was not replaced under warranty. Could this be a source of this code?

The dip stick does not pop out, or whistle, The oil cap removed when running at idle will lower rpms at idle a little. no great vacuum pull.

Any help appreciated.
