Sorry it took so long for me to reply to this. I was out of town all last week and had very limited internet access (plus no copy of my service docuement)

When I got back and looked at the document, it looks like I got a "condensed" version of the one that I signed for their records, because I don't see any specific references to TSBs on my copy. The only thing I see are a bunch of funny 5.1 digit numbers after the "job" descriptions. They're not part numbers, because those are listed after the job references.

For the ECU it has a brief description of the problems, and the last lines read:

CODE 121

REPROGRAMMED CONTROL UNIT 21099.6

For the door panels it reads:

DOOR PANELS BUBBLED / MATERIAL SEPARATION

REPLACED ALL FOUR DOOR PANELS 85120.2 85171.3 85120.2

85171.3 85120.2 85171.3 85120.2 85171.3

For the bulb sockets, it reads:

CUST STATES LEFT TURN SIGNAL FLASHES FAST

BOTH TURN SIGNALS FLASHING FAST

REPLACED BOTH FRONT LIGHTBULBS AND SOCKETS 35518.1 35518.1
