I assume that these codes are for connector A, with the test wire in socket #2 (A2).

5-2-1 = Heated Oxygen sensor heating faulty

2-1-2 = Heated Oxygen Sensor signal absent or faulty.

Make sure that your O2 sensor is plugged in. If so, it appears to need replacement.
