That is another engine mount under the crank pulley, It isn't a torque rod or link. There is another one of those under the engine attached to gearbox.

The engine lifting points are actually on top of engine designed to be used by a beam that lays on tops of inner fenders just in from top of fenders and has a "J" hook that will pick up engine. Short of having that equipment you can jack it up by careful placement on oil pan where it is not weakest. The point where it would be least vulnerable is to put a rigid block (like a 4x4) across the end of pan in the area next to oil filter. The vertical side walls of pan are not weak, the flat horizontal area in middle of pan is not real thick and will crack if the weight is supported there.
