Gerald,

Volvo as you have found out does not make a refill for any of its wiper blades windshield included. From what I have been told, Volvo doesn't offer a insert, because they feel that when the blade is worn out the frame is as well. As many have found the Bosch micro edge inserts work in the

frames. I don't know how expensive they inserts are, but they should be able to be cut down to make headlight wiper inserts. I just cut the rubbers down from S/V90 wiper blades to fit in our '66 122 original frames.
