I would check motor mounts. The front and rear are hydraulic and can loose their elasticity and dampening properties. The right side mount (under crank pulley) can also fail. I believe that what you may be noticing is all normal mechanical anomalies that should be damped out by engine mounts that are being fed into car. The a/c compressor would likely be very noisy if anything was ill with it.
