Hi YCT,

I want to be fair to him and to myself. The rear main seal leak is my major concern. I can give a shot to replace it but I want to spend my time wisely.

I may help him to replace the PCV breather & hope to stop that leak so that he can sell it at a fair market value. We are looking for a heated garage in Brooklyn. :)
