Windshield washer, headlight wiper/washer blowing fuse #16 (15A)

My 2004 s80 is blowing 15A fuse #16 (Windshield washers, headlight wiper/washers).

We replaced the washer pump and it's still blowing fuses. I'm not sorry I did it but I wish I would have checked the headlight wiper first. The technician noted the left side wiper lost it's home position. I don't think the washer pump was defective. I think the left side headlight wiper is blowing the fuse.

Is it possible because the headlight wiper lost it's home position that every time it strains against the wiper arm stop it blows the circuit fuse. If I know how to reset the home position will it stop blowing fuses?
