2006 V70 - thoughts on car? V70-XC70 2006

We're looking at a 2006 V70 with 130,000 miles on it. One of the mechanics at the dealership owned it for years, and did all the work on it apparently.

Are there any weird things that we should know about this car?
130,000 miles isn't low, our 1998 V70 has that many miles on it.
Should I be concerned about the mileage?

What would you say a fair price is for this car....?
