New 2me 96 855 Wagon water leak

Ok, going thru the car today replacing timing belt, h20 pump, control arms, axles and.a.fe2.other things when I start to out it on stands and otice a had very wet carpet in drivers floor, then I noticed that the rear passenger behind the driver had standing h20 in the floor and the other side was wet but h20 wasn't s tr anding. Only saw a small wet witness mark on the back edge of the sunroof over the passenger side in the rear. The car is parked on a hill with front pointed up. I suspect clogged sunroof drains but would that water come down thru the pillars also and then to the floor. We did have a big rain last night. Is there any path for water thru the outside vents into the car, I did hose down the engine and the vents got a good bit of h20 on them.
