Question about 2001 S40 S40-V40 2001

All,

I am looking to purchase a 2001 S40, to replace one of the cars in my "fleet." This example is a one-owner car, having been purchased brand-new by the owners in 2001 shortly after their college graduation. It only has 59k original miles and is what I would deem in better-than-average condition. Dealer-serviced all 15 years.

I do know that Volvo introduced the 5-speed automatic in 2001 S40s/V40s to replace the older 4-speed unit. However I do have one question - do those '01 Nedcar S40s have the infamous "Stop Neutral" software that was found in the '01-'02 P2 cars? I cannot recall if they do or not, but I have heard that the particular Stop Neutral computer thing caused the (premature) demise of a number of '01-'02 gearboxes in many P2 cars.
