AC blend flap problems - 2002 S60 S60

No. The air going through the vents is from a single blower motor. Electrical vent motors are moved according to the ECC to get to the selected temperature. Obviously, a clogged filter will slow the amount of air entering the system, but not to the point of no air delivery. No separate relays.

You have a blend door that is not moving, or an ECC unit that is at fault.
