Yes, there is a problem. the fuel trim error is caused by the P0101. P0101 says that the air entering the throttle body is less than the total amount getting to the cylinders. This could be a leak allowing air in (loose fitting or crack) after the MAF. Or it could be a malfunctioning MAP (barometric air pressure)which is tied to the MAF to determine air volume (high pressure has denser air?)

Sorry, I don't know what the test meter values are for a MAP.

If you cleaned the PTC, verify that no air is leaking around it into the intake.
