starting problems 855 T5

Hello,
My car is a 855 T5 stationwagon from 1994.

I have starting problems when a shut off the engine and I want to start it again(not always). When I start the car after 5 or 10 minutes it start again without problems. It is an annoying problem , I dont trust my car ! There are no cold starting problems. The problem exist when I turning off for e few moment the engine and then try to start again.

The dealer says that this is a very timeconsuming problem. It was better that the engine was not start at all !!.
Can anyone help me ?
