Not Netscape Friendly?

In my attempt to be as un-Microsoft as possible, I run Navigator 4.7.1. The fonts on the subject line are erratic, sometimes only the bottom half of the characters are displayed. Also, the hot spot for the link is only at the very bottom of the text.

Do you know if this software has been tested with Netscape, or do I have to start using IE?
