You should first check for OBD codes to help diagnosis.

I looked at TP3999202 the 2007 C70 wiring diagram
and Fuse 35 controls more than you mentioned, 15 items to be exact.

see page 16 (of 326) for the listing starting with:

2/22 Climate ctrl relay
4/46 engine ctrl module
6/67..........

Then you visit pages 262-292 to look up the items and there will be a
indentification a picture, and a location, and some have connector info.

Post back with news about any codes, my guess is that you'll have plenty.
