Timing belt S60 2003

Hello all

Is there anyway to determine if the timing belt has been changed/ or is any good in the absence of books or stickers

I have had a look at it spinning and it looks brand new

Moves a little in and out
Does this indicate tensioner issues or stretched belt or is normal

The car has done 93000 miles

Thanks in advance

David
