96' 850 Tubo wagon ride height

I have been going thru this car the last couple of months getting it mechanically sound for my daugbter. Noticed how low this car rides, seems unusually low for such a car. When she pulled in the driveway today I noticed it had rubbed the inner fender a little and the top of the tire looks almost even with the top of the front fender. Replacing the struts and mounts are on the list next week, anything else I should look at in addition to those? I wonder if someone put some lowering springs on it in the past. Maybe someone could take a measurement from the ground to the top of the front fender for me. Thanks
