fuel injecter question V70-XC70 2007

Do you get a P0301? I would immediately pull the spark plug and inspect it for wet gasoline. 107K is a bit early for a dirty injector, but depending on the gas station it may have injested some crud. A bottle of good injector cleaner in a 1/2 tank of gasoline might help.

If a cylinder is misfiring because of a leaking injector, it should clear itself after a few minutes at 2000 rpm.
