S60 rear sway bar bushings S60 2001

I took my '01 S60 with 190,000 miles in for an alignment after changing a front wheel bearing. The shop said the rear "sway bar to frame grommets" needed to be replaced. I assume that means the sway bar bushings. I looked at these & they aren't cracked and don't show any gaps around the bar. How should I evaluate these? They don't appear to be available separately, but I found a tip on FCP about modifying a stock replacement. Has anyone done this or have any other suggestions? Thanks.
