Considering buying 2001 S60 2.4T S60

I've been driving and fixing RWD Volvos for 30 years, including 144, 164, 240, and late model 960/V90 models. I do 99% of my own work.

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2001 S60 2.4T with 169k miles. I know the owner and the car has been maintained meticulously throughout it's life. I will review the records before purchasing. Other than standard wear items, are there any specific mechanical integrity issues I should be aware of at that mileage?

The car reportedly has no known mechanical issues other than front brakes needing to be done in the near future.

Thanks in advance!
