Just how screwed am I...( all opinions welcome, thanks!) V70-XC70 2000

Shouldn't be toooo bad. Wind chill doesn't count!!!! But you obviously didn't have much antifreeze in the coolant lines or block. My initial suspicion, the lower radiator hose froze solid and burst, or part of the plastic radiator did the same, or both!

You have to find the source of the leak, and stop cranking the engine. You don't want to break the water pump.

After waiting for the ambient temperature to remain over 32F, get a gallon of coolant Zerex G-05 Formula or Volvo, and mix that with a gallon of distilled water and fill the system back up. After you repair the leaks.
