Is the car parked outside? My daughter's Subaru shook like crazy because ice built up in the inside of the wheels from being parked in the snow/slush.

The top motor mount will make itself known through the steering column, but is easily checked for cracked rubber. It is also not speed related.

Swap those wheels front to back and see if the vibration goes to the steering wheel instead of the seat.

How old are the rear shocks?
