Yep -- it had dual cams that resided on each side of that big heavy head.

Maybe I am confusing you and should say inline six. Ha --- all healthy heads are flat. I think that on the jag forums we some of us just adopted calling them flat head six --- example from a jag forum "We used to split the manifolds in flat head six "

So I really should be saying inline six.

I also owned a SIII one time. Electrical nightmare.....Lucas prince of darkness.
