Any real Problems ? V70-XC70

Avoid all 2001 and 2002 Volvos. Can have transmission/software issues.

It is my understanding that the AWD cars are generally fine but expect higher maintenance costs as they age...

One exception might be the early XC70's. Specifically 1998-2002. Believe the AWD was changed in either 2003 or 2004 to a more dependable system.
