99 v70 Heated O2

I get a CEL indicating Heated O2 not working. I removed the O2 sensor and found an open circut across the heater wires. If I jiggled the wires where they enter the sensor I could get a random and intermittent Ohm Reading. I bought a new sensor with the proper reading, but I still have the same CEL Code even after replacement. Any Idea?
