Fuse 7 radio/ amplifier S70 1998

I have an S70 which I consider a toy car because of the manual trans. Anyway,
I seldom drove it and just disconnected the ground for battery when it sits on the garage. I started to drive it more often and notice that after 3 days, it would not start so something was draining the battery. Using the test light method on the ground side of the battery, the fuse 7 was the only item that was sucking power/ light bulb on.

1. Pull fuse and let car sit for 3 weeks, it starts right up
2. Install fuse and swap radio no change, still drawing current
3. Need to trace wire to see what might be the problem
4. Splice wire and hook up at another location
5. Put an on/off manual switch for power lazy way

Does any one have any other ideas of what can causing the problem or other potential solutions.

Thanks
