blown headgasket or engine? 850

I started to get some coolant/steam coming out of my vents of my 1994 volvo non-turbo. I continued driving, figuring it was my heater core. A few mins later a heard a bang or loud pop, and clouds of coolant flowed everywhere, so I figured the core blew. I drove far enough to safely park the car, then I noticed my oil light was on!

Does this mean I blew the head gasket? Or the main rear seal? Or the whole engine? I have well over 400K miles on car with original engine.

Would appreciate any help. What are the signs to look for to diagnose the above??
