In the old days we bought strut inserts or catridges, slid into strut tube. 850 1995

I think maybe we just buy the whole strut nowadays. The struts look rusty so I suppose the spring purches might fail or other issues.

Actually i see tasca sells a STRUT - so that must be the whole magilla. Not even possible to buy the hydrolic (or gas) shock thingy.
