Catalytic converter recommendation request

I just had my cat replaced today by a local muffler specialist, Not Meineke or Midas.

They replaced a Bosal after market CAT that I bought from FCP just over five years
ago in May. The warranty was 60 months.

The OEM unit lasted 17 years. After replacement I scrapped the old Cat for maybe
$60-70 (I forget) with an online CAT recycler.

I see at Ebay there's an after market cat that's about $180 compared to the $300 for the Bosal, it has a 5 year warranty.

The Devil is in the installation, and it's not suited for DIY, requiring a lift
and welding etc.

It was $425 Boston North and I'm happy. Who knows which will die first, my
1995 850, the new cat, or me? I reckon the new install will go five years.
