Headlight adjustment V50 2009

How are you going to aim the lights?

I have seen a few of dangerous ideas on the web.

You need a level place near a wall - pull up very close to the wall (a couple of feet) and mark the bright spot of each light - then back up 30 feet and adjust the bright spots so that they are BELOW the marks.

It is illegal to have headlights that aim upward as you will blind other drivers, even on low beams. Worst case scenario is that, blinded, they then run into you!

Of course, having a Volvo tech adjust them should give you the best legal light.
