side mirrors V70-XC70 2008

I own a 2008 Volvo xc70.
Having an issue with the power mirrors now.

Driver side moves left to right with no problem, but has stopped working up/down.
Passenger side mirror just replaced with a new Volvo Mirror as the other one fell off. This one moves up/down no problem, but will not move left/right.

Not sure what is going on here or what the fix is.
