Idle rough and surging S80 2005

I am having some very rough idle and a surging idle that goes away at higher speeds. Code 2178 Rich Idle at bank 1 is up and not going away. I new MAF sensor and O2 sensor improved the situation but it is still present and threatening to stall the car in traffic. The next step is the removal and cleaning of the electronic throttle body. Anyone ever removed it, cleaned it and put it back in successfully or not successfully ?
